The following summarizes our comprehensive benefits package offered to all full-time employees:
3 plans are available for you to choose the level of coverage you need. One plan is a High Deductible Plan eligible for the opening of a Health Savings Account.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
These accounts allow medical care and dependent care expenses to be paid with pre-tax dollars.
2 plans are available for you to choose the plan best designed for you.
Employees enrolled in one of LJA's dental plans are automatically covered at no cost. Plan covers exams, frame and contact lenses.
SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
LJA offers disability insurance should you become disabled from a non-work-related injury or illness, disability benefits will replace a portion of your income. This coverage is available at no cost to you.
LIFE & AD&D INSURANCE BENEFITS
LJA will provide basic life and AD&D coverage to all full time employees at one times your annual salary. The life insurance benefit will be paid in the event of your death while covered under the plan. AD&D benefits will be paid in the event of loss of life or limb by accident. Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves and/or dependents.
LJA observes nine (9) paid holidays per year.
HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSURE
The office closes for the holidays between Christmas Eve and New Years Day.
QUALIFIED PLANS: 401K and PROFIT SHARING PLAN
The company offers a 401k plan for employee to make contributions. LJA also has the ability to make discretionary contributions to our Qualified Plans. Contributions will be made only out of current or accumulated profits of the company.
LJA offers flextime, when possible, to assist employees in meeting their personal work performance goals and family needs.
LJA pays for renewal fees for PE, RPLS licenses in states in which we practice.
ADVANCED EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT
LJA has a program for assistance in continuing education relevant to the company.

Twice a month, LJA sponsors lunchtime seminars for Continuing Education Credits (CEU's) for maintaining PE licensure.
