Job Description:
AD MIN II This position supports several Project Managers plus their staff. This position carries out recurring office procedures independently. Selects the guideline or reference which fits the specific case. Handles differing situations, problems, and deviations in the work of the office, according to the supervisors general instructions, priorities, duties, policies, and program goals. Supervisor may assist AdMin with special assignments. Duties include or are comparable to the following: refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff when needed, assist with incoming correspondence distribution; personally responds to requests for information concerning office procedures; determines which requests should be handled by the supervisor, appropriate staff member, or other offices; may prepare and sign routine, non-technical correspondence in own or supervisors name (at supervisors request); schedules tentative appointments; makes travel arrangements for conferences and meeting and assembles established background materials, as directed; collects information for routine inquiries or periodic reports; refers non-routine request to supervisor or staff.

Project Manager will have the responsibility for applying intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas. Uses advanced techniques, theory, precepts and practices in a specialized engineering field and related sciences and disciplines. As a Project Manager the candidate will plan, coordinate and direct a large and important engineering project or a number of smaller projects with many complex features. Project Manager may interact with Client and other consultants and must have good communication skills.

Job Description:
This position is in the Land Division. This entry-level position will perform engineering work including developmental assignments involving the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out routine engineering tasks under close supervision. The candidate will apply prescribed methods to complete limited and specific portions of the broader assignment of an experienced engineer, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results and follows operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes. This position is responsible for reducing field data to coordinate geometry within the office and organizes deed and right-of-way map data in preparation for drafting. Position Summary: Creates mechanical, structural, and piping conceptual designs for liquid terminals and miscellaneous oil and gas infrastructure using 2-D and 3-D CAD Systems. Key Responsibilities: " Models, details, documents and verifies mechanical, structural, piping and systems.
