James Moehlman joined the LJA organization in 1995. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. His position includes responsibility for the supervision of the Land Development Division's project management staff, as well as the design and construction of major land development projects. He serves as a client liaison and coordinates work with municipal utility districts and governmental agencies. His expertise includes the creation of levee improvement districts, municipal utility districts and design of major drainage structures. Mr. Moehlman has over 31 years of experience in civil engineering for land development projects.
