Mr. Rusk has over nine years of experience in civil engineering for land development projects. He has been involved in the analysis, design and construction of water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving facilities for projects located in Harris and Fort Bend Counties as well as the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. Work on these projects included feasibility studies, engineering estimates, construction plan production, preparation of contract documents with technical specifications, and construction administration. Mr. Rusk has experience in both single family residential and commercial / retail developments as well as drainage and levee projects. He has coordinated work with Municipal Utility Districts, Levee Improvement Districts, private utility companies, and various cities. Mr. Rusk is currently involved with the Sienna Plantation North Levee and Reclamation Project in Sienna Plantation.
