James Brown has over 13 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of numerous land development projects in the greater Houston area and its surrounding counties. A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, his current responsibilities include the supervision and preparation of water, sewer, drainage, and paving facilities to serve both residential and commercial developments. He works closely with clients and governmental agencies in the coordination of land development projects.
Mr. Brown is currently involved with the Stillwater Development located on Lake Conroe in Montgomery County and the Woodtrace development also located in Montgomery County.
