Andrés A. Pulido is a Planner with over 14 years of design and project management experience in Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. He has been involved in a wide range of development projects, including community master plans, neighborhood design, mixed-use districts, military base privatization renewal sites as well as leisure design.
Andrés is well versed in initial design conceptualization, urban renewal studies, environmental graphics, platting submittals, streetscape design, stages of schematic design, design development, and construction documents, and project team coordination including LEED commissioning agencies. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association and the U.S. Green Building Council.
Andrés received a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa, Veracruz; México and earned a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Louisiana State University.
