Mr. Shick has over 10 years of experience in traffic engineering. His experience includes traffic signal timing, developing solutions for solving congestion issues, and developing new signal timing strategies as part of the City of Houston's Traffic Signal Timing Optimization Program. He has designed traffic signals for numerous organizations including the City of Houston, the Texas Department of Transportation, and Brazoria County. His experience also includes the development of pavement marking and signing plans for roadway improvement projects and the development of temporary traffic control plans to be used during construction.
