Donnie Reed has 10 years of experience in the civil engineering field and has worked on projects ranging from small commercial developments to large master-planned communities. He has been responsible for project management and supervision of design efforts for several Houston area land development projects ranging from Pirates Cove in Galveston to The Woodlands in Montgomery County.
His experience includes the design, coordination and construction administration of utilities and major facilities as well as the creation of numerous municipal utility districts and preparation of multiple bond issues. Donnie also serves as the District Engineer for several municipal utility districts in Fort Bend, Galveston and Montgomery counties.
