In his position, Mr. Kelly's responsibilities include the management of design and construction for various land development projects in the Greater Houston area.
A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Mr. Kelly is a graduate of McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
