Mr. Wong has 10 years of experience in the transportation engineering field, including the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates on structural bridge and roadway design projects. Project experience includes numerous assignments with TxDOT, including bridge layout and detailed bridge design on the IH-10 Katy Corridor Segment 9 PS&E project for the Houston District, and bridge layouts including a three level interchange for Wurzbach Parkway at US 281 for the San Antonio District. He has also provided structural bridge design for toll road authorities, local municipalities and private sector clients.
Mr. Wong is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
