Mr. Wilson Windle P.E., R.P.L.S., has joined LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (LJA) as Senior Consultant in the firm's QA/QC Division.

Wilson has over 40 years of engineering and design experience in both the public and private sectors including design of infrastructure systems for residential communities including water distribution systems, sanitary sewerage systems, water supply plants, waste water treatment plants, and drainage and street systems. His broad experience includes 20 years of self employment as owner of a small consulting firm doing design work for The Woodlands and other residential communities, as well as work for the City of Houston, the City of Texas City and other municipalities. He was also Manager of General Mobility Projects for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Director of Public Works for the City of Texas City, City Manager and City Engineer for the City of Rosenberg, and served in the military in the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.

As Senior Consultant, Wilson provides conceptual review of engineering and special projects as they are reviewed by the firm's QA/QC Division. Wilson also provides mentoring for younger engineers within the firm's water supply and wastewater treatment design section.

Wilson is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas, and is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
