Donnie A. Reed, E.I.T. Recently Promoted to Project Manager
LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Donnie A. Reed, E.I.T. has been promoted to project manager. Mr. Reed's civil engineering experience in Houston has included the management, design and construction of small commercial developments, residential subdivisions, and large master-planned communities. He has also been responsible for the creation and maintenance of several Municipal Utility Districts in the greater Houston area. Donnie's responsibilities at LJA include the management and supervision of design and construction for several major land development projects. Working directly with the client, he manages all aspects of their projects, from preliminary design, through any necessary regulatory processes, to final construction. Active assignments include the developments of Woodtrace in Montgomery County, Richfield Ranch in Northwest Harris County, Grand Oaks in the City of Houston's ETJ, and West 8 in West Houston.
