LJA Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce that Vinoth Manoharan, PE, in the Water/Wastewater Department recently received his Professional Engineer's License from the State of Texas.

Vinoth has five years of experience in Water/Wastewater Engineering including the design of wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewer lift stations, water supply plants and storm water pump stations. His duties include preparing design drawings, design reports, cost estimates, bid documents and specifications; coordination with design staff; and interface with clients, regulators, subcontractors and vendors.
