Matthew Richter, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Houston Land Development Division of LJA.

Matt has more than four years of experience in civil engineering for land development projects. He has been involved in the analysis, design and construction of water distribution, wastewater collection, drainage and paving facilities for projects located in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Montgomery Counties. He has also assisted in the creation of numerous MUDs in the Houston area.

Matt is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
