Alex Baeza has been promoted to Marketing Department Manager at LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc.

Alex has more than 10 years of experience in the marketing of professional engineering services to both public and private sector clients. He has successfully managed numerous submittals from concept to delivery, and has assisted in the organization of project teams. His experience includes the production of ads, newsletters, brochures and catalogs, website design and the preparation of budgets and strategic plans.

Alex previously served as Proposal Manager at LJA. In his new role, he will be responsible for management and organization of the marketing staff and coordination with business development groups, as well as proposal preparation.

Alex is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and former Graphics Chair of the Houston Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
