Timothy A. Hart, PE, CFM, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the Hydrology & Hydraulics Division of LJA's West Houston Office.

Tim has more than 13 years of experience in civil engineering, which includes preparing drainage studies for master-planned communities and designing storm water detention systems, drainage channels and storm water collection systems. Tim's public works experience includes preliminary engineering and feasibility studies for utility districts, water distribution mains and water production plants. He also performed drainage analyses for U.S. Embassies in Latvia and Fiji, and for King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia.

Tim currently serves as Director for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 476 and was appointed to the Village of Surfside Beach Planning Commission.

A Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Certified Floodplain Manager, Tim is a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
