Mr. Jeff Collins, P.E., PMP, has joined LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (LJA) as Vice President of the firm's Transportation Division.

Jeff has more than 25 years of engineering design, operations and management experience including feasibility and route studies, schematic development, public involvement, permitting, plans, specifications and estimate preparation, and construction administration/management. This work has been for a diverse range of local, state, national and international clients. His project experience includes urban and rural highways, toll roads, transportation systems, design/build and drainage improvements. Prior to joining LJA, Jeff was one of the founders and principals of WSBC Civil Engineers, a mid-sized Texas engineering corporation which was acquired by a large international consulting firm.

A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
