Mr. Paul Viktorin, P.E., has joined LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (LJA) as a Senior Project Manager in our Austin Office.
Mr. Paul Viktorin, P.E., has joined LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (LJA) as a Senior Project Manager in our Austin Office. Paul has more than 18 years of civil engineering experience encompassing project design to project management, quality control, and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies for commercial and residential sites. Paul's experience includes design of streets and drainage facilities, wastewater collection, water distribution, floodplain analysis, water quality controls, stormwater detention, erosion control, and TPDES stormwater pollution prevention plans.
Paul's major strength is commercial development. From subdivision platting and site plan permitting to dry utility coordination and environmental clearances, Paul has managed numerous projects through the City of Austin process. Paul also has experience in handling municipal projects and has worked on several including the City of Austin Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Redevelopment, Del Valle Annexation Program Improvements, and the City of Taylor Infrastructure Master Planning.
Paul will be responsible for managing various commercial projects in and around the Austin area.
A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Paul is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Masters in Civil Engineering.
