Mr. James D. Ross, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the firm's Houston Land Development Division.
James has over seven years of experience in the field of civil design and management. His responsibilities include project management and the supervision and preparation of water, sewer, drainage, and paving facilities to serve both residential and commercial developments. In addition, James is experienced in the creation of Municipal Utility Districts and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones. Currently James is providing project management for the design and construction of land development projects in Shadow Creek Ranch, a 3,300-acre, master-planned community in Pearland, Texas.
In his new position, James will continue to be responsible for managing major projects, as well as marketing, business development and client service activities for the projects within his group.
James is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
