Anthony brings to LJA over 20 years of experience in market development, corporate communications, public relations and dry utilities coordination. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology. He is experienced in anticipating economic development, public relations and leadership needs, developing strategies, implementing plans, and producing persuasive communications. Anthony has coordinated and negotiated dry utilities including gas, electric, telecommunications, and cable and has an excellent working relationship with local public utility agencies.

In his new position with LJA, Anthony's responsibilities will involve enhancing our services within the land development community in both residential and commercial development areas. Bundling dry utilities coordination with LJA's current land development services provides an added benefit to our land development clients. Anthony will serve as a client liaison by identifying, coordinating, and negotiating utility plans and services for master planned communities. He will also be responsible for facilitating utility coordination issues through local utility companies and managing timelines and deliverables to ensure the client's best value with the utility provider.
