Mr. David Tinney, PE, has been promoted to Vice President of LJA's Houston Land Development Division.
David joined LJA in 1991, and has served as Senior Project Manager and Engineer for a number of master planned communities and site development projects within the Greater Houston area, including Shadow Creek Ranch, Teal Run, and the future Promenade Shops at Shadow Creek, a 125-acre, lifestyle center retail development. With over 20 years experience as a civil engineer serving both public and private clients, David has been involved in roadway and bridge design and maintenance for MUDs. He has extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, drainage and paving systems and is experienced as an engineer of special project financing districts such as MUDs, Municipal Management Districts, and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones.
David is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Architecture (structural specialization), and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
