Jeff Collins, PE, has been appointed to LJA's Management Committee and promoted to Senior Vice President of LJA's Houston Public Infrastructure Practice.

Jeff served as Vice President of the LJA Transportation Division and during that time his leadership was instrumental in building the Public Infrastructure Practice for the firm. He has been successful in securing several contracts with various TxDOT Districts, the Port of Houston, Fort Bend County, The Fort Bend Toll Road Authority, The City of Rosenberg, and Harris County Toll Road Authority among others.

Jeff has more than 25 years of engineering design, operations and management experience, Jeffs projects have included urban and rural highways, toll roads, drainage, design/build, sewage treatment plants and water/wastewater improvements. His experience also includes feasibility studies, schematic development, public involvement, permitting, plans, specifications and estimate preparation, and construction administration/management for a diverse range of local, state, national and international clients.

A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Project Management Professional, Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
