Mr. Bryan William Ice, PE, has joined LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (LJA) as a Senior Project Manager in the firm's Public Infrastructure Practice.

Bryan has more than 33 years of engineering experience which includes nearly 10 years with TxDOT. He has a broad range of experience in all phases of highway and transportation projects including: feasibility studies; preliminary engineering; environmental clearance; PS&E; public involvement; and right-of-way and construction plans. His technical experience includes geometric design, grading and earthwork; hydraulic design; right-of-way computations; bridge layout; and cost estimates. Bryan also has an extensive background in project management, long range project planning, environmental studies and document preparation, and conceptual design. He has managed successful projects for several TxDOT Districts, Travis, Williamson and Hays Counties, the City of Austin, as well as other public and private clients.

Bryan's first assignment will locate him with other LJA staff in the TxDOT Austin District offices assisting the District with management, scheduling and coordination of their Phase II tollroad program.
