Mr. William Dupal, PE, has joined LJA as a Structural Engineer in the firm's Houston Transportation Division.

William has more than 11 years of experience in the transportation engineering field, including the preparation of PS&E on structural bridge and roadway design projects. His structural experience includes 1,164 off-system and 977 on-system bridge inspections in eight TxDOT Districts and the design of 28 bridge class structures. He has analyzed, load rated, and appraised over 100 trusses, 50 railroad flatcar bridges, and numerous timber/steel structures.

A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, William is a graduate of The University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
