Mr. Humberto (Bert) Estrada has joined LJA as Project Manager in the firm's Houston Land Development Division.

Bert brings to LJA 30 years of civil design experience in land development projects. He has worked on numerous residential and commercial projects including two 2,000-acre master planned communities. His civil design experience includes the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for street, utility, sewer, water and drainage projects, as well as recreational facilities. In addition to his design work, he has established budgets and standards, and coordinated with developers and contractors.
