Amanda Schoolar, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Houston Land Development Division of LJA.

Mandy has six years of civil engineering experience in land development projects. She has worked extensively with Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs), providing the design of water and wastewater facilities, paving and drainage facilities, and clearing and grubbing projects. Her responsibilities have also included managing coordination efforts with developers, attorneys and financial advisors for bond applications.

A Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Mandy is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
