James Moehlman joined the LJA organization in 1995. He has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering for large infrastructure projects including numerous master-planned communities in the Greater Houston Area ranging from 400 to 10,000 acres. He has provided professional engineering services for a wide variety of clients including the private sector, local agencies, municipal utilities districts, levee improvement districts, and Harris County Flood Control District.
His experience ranges from the management, design and construction of large water and wastewater systems to urban and rural roadways and major drainage structures.
Jim manages the firm's Houston Land Development operations in addition to serving as client liaison and working with MUDs, developers and governmental agencies.
