John Clark has over 22 years of design experience in land development, 18 of which have been in the Austin area. As a result, he is familiar with the design criteria of many of the cities and counties in the Central Texas Austin Region, including: Travis, Hays and Williamson Counties and the City of Austin, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. The larger developments which John has been involved with as project manager include: Circle C Ranch, Spanish Oaks, Barton Creek, Falconhead, Rim Rock, Wildhorse, Rocky Creek Ranch, and Georgetown Village.
John's experience also includes planning and design of major water and wastewater mains, water pump stations (hydro-pneumatic and variable frequency drive) and wastewater lift stations to serve as infrastructure for the various developments. John is familiar with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) design criteria including the special requirements of the Edwards Aquifer Recharge and Contributing Zones. He is also familiar with the preparation of the TCEQ's Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP), the Sewage Collection System Plan (SCS) and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
