Mr. Mensik has 28 years experience in planning, platting, design and construction of water supply, wastewater collection, drainage and roadways. He is responsible for providing leadership to his team of engineers and design personnel and supervising all design projects performed by the team.
During his 28 years with LJA, he has designed water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, storm drainage, detention ponds, drainage channels and trunk utility facilities to serve numerous subdivisions located within different MUDs and Master Planned communities in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, and Galveston Counties. He has also been involved in the design and construction administration of numerous land development, roadway and MUDs projects. He has been involved in preparation of numerous special MUD engineering reports including feasibility studies, annexations, creation reports, bond applications and surplus funds applications. Mr. Mensik is also responsible for the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) of all LJA Land Development projects where he and his staff conduct regularly scheduled quality control reviews on all active projects.
