Mr. Seeman has 36 years of civil engineering experience. He has been responsible for all aspects of project negotiation, planning, design, coordinating project team and sub-consultants, construction management, and client management to produce water/wastewater projects. Technical areas of expertise include process/mechanical design of wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, potable groundwater plants, and utility designs such as water distribution systems, sanitary sewage systems, force mains, storm sewer systems and roads. Projects he has managed vary in size from less than $100,000 dollars to over $100,000,000 dollars in construction cost.
He also served as quality assurance/quality control reviewer for multiple water and transportation projects. These projects include wastewater collection, treatment, and effluent reuse at four US embassies; site development Master Plan for U of H Sugar Land and Victoria campus. He also designed repairs to the Raintree Village WWTP; and sewage pump stations for several high schools. Mr. Seeman reviewed the PS&E's for several of the design consultants on their sections of the Spring Cypress road project; the utility relocation on the IH 610 at IH 10 rebuilding project; and the Greenhouse Road drainage project. In addition, he served as an expert consultant to a group of manufacturers involved in a perchloroethylene contamination case.
