Over the past 25 years Chris has played a key role in the development of major, high profile transportation projects throughout the Houston area. He is known for his project and program management expertise and contributions on major projects for TxDOT, the Grand Parkway Association, the Harris County Toll Road Authority, the Fort Bend Toll Road Authority, and Houston METRO. Chris' strength involves successfully working with elected officials and the community to develop funding and technical solutions to facilitate new location toll roads including the Grand Parkway and the Fort Bend Parkway. His project management experience includes complex designs required for urban freeway reconstructions along US 290 and IH 10.
Chris is experienced in all phases of the transportation project development process and has managed and coordinated large, multi-faceted, complex design project teams. His expertise includes planning and design of urban freeways, rural highways, toll roads, HOV lanes, and city streets, and his program management experience includes planning, design, and construction for the widening of toll roads and new construction. Chris' responsibilities include operations, business development and project management.
