In his new role at LJA, Alan McKee is responsible for the management of land development projects as well as the development of new projects and the marketing of the firm's services.
Alan has over 24 years of project management experience in land development. His experience includes due-diligence analysis, project feasibility evaluation, master-planning, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, project management, engineering design, and construction management services throughout the Houston area. He has lead a division providing land development services for single-family, multi-family and retail developments as well as engineering services for utility districts in Harris and surrounding counties. Alan has also managed quality control, regulatory coordination, staff development and financial performance. Alan has served as District Engineer for multiple utility districts and has worked closely with governmental agencies in the development of public policy impacting land development and utility districts, including TCEQ delegation of plan review authority to the City of Houston and development of rules allowing submerged storm sewers. His experience extends to Montgomery County having provided land development engineering services to The Woodlands Corporation.
